The Certificate IV in Ageing Support program has been thoughtfully crafted to provide students with the opportunity to acquire practical work experience, concurrently enhancing their understanding and proficiency in the field of ageing support.

Students will be introduced to the followings:

How to correctly facilitate the empowerment of older people
How to correctly coordinate services for older people
How to correctly provide support to people living with dementia
How to correctly support relationships with carers and families
How to correctly follow safe work practices for direct client care
